THE EQUAL BALANCE MOVEMENT HAS CRAFTED THE “INVISIBLE WOMEN BILL.” It Simply States:
“No employer, company, organization or other entity, small, medium or large, which receives any part of their gross revenues from the American public shall discriminate on the basis of female race and gender. No female shall be excluded from equal employment pay and subsequent benefits relating to equal pay for the same work, job, duties, title and overall performance of those duties.”
