Melody has an MBA in Finance from Holy Names University and a Bachelor’s degree from Cal State Hayward.
For more than 15 years, she was known as a savvy accounting and finance leader amongst her peers in Silicon Valley. She has worked for several Fortune 500 companies and VC backed start-up firms. Her keen grasp of finances on many levels allows her the ability to move from balance sheet to boardroom of any corporation.
Ms. Hudson is a member of the Women of Impact team for Girls Inc. where she speaks and empowers young girls from disadvantaged backgrounds to prepare for college and the real world.

Ms. Simmons strongly believes in women’s equal rights. Early on she experienced firsthand the unfair treatment in her workplace and that motivated her to pursue a legal recourse to balance the scales of justice at one of today’s leading tech firms. She believes it’s time for all women to stand up and be the change agents to make equal pay.
For more than 13 years, Monica was the go to person for start-up tech companies in the Silicon Valley.
She is a Chabot College graduate who went on to attend California State University, East Bay and studied Business/Marketing.
In her spare time, she enjoys the arts.
